SHIPPING POLICY
This shipping policy pertains to customers in the Continental United States.
Customers who want items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Internationally please call Customer Service at 1-210-829-5555 during our normal business hours Monday-Saturday 10 a.m.-5 p.m. CST, or feel free to email us at info@nativashop.com in order to obtain a shipping quote.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed with in-stock items before 3:00PM CST are processed the same day. Orders placed after hours, Sunday or Holidays will be processed on the following business day. Rest assure any shipping delays will be communicated to you via email. Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the method selected when the order is placed. UPS ground typically takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our store, so you can track your order. An 8.25% Sales Tax will be charged for all orders shipped in Texas.
