Where is your store located and what are your hours?
Our store is located in San Antonio, Texas at 5124 Broadway Street. We are open Monday-Saturday from 10am-5pm (Our store front is currently CLOSED due to COVID19). We often do local events and pop-ups around San Antonio, so join our email list or follow our social media to stay informed!
How does your sizing work?
Our sizing varies by style. We carry a variety of one-size fits most styles that fit a small through a large comfortably. Other items are sized in brackets, like S/M, M/L, and L/XL. For items like these we try our best to size them as accurately as possible. For items sized S-2XL the equivalent sizes are: S: 2-4, M: 6-8, L:10-12, XL:14-16, and 2XL:18-20. If you have any questions regarding the size of a specific style feel free to reach out to us for measurements. We want to ensure that your Nativa purchase is perfect for you!
When will my order ship?
Any orders placed before 3 pm CST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3 pm CST will ship the next business day. You will receive an email verification once your purchase has shipped.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are made in various parts of Mexico by our talented artisans who hand embroider and finish all garments.
How should I care for my Nativa purchase?
For all garments we recommend cold water wash in the delicate cycle (or hand wash) and hang to dry. Dry cleaning is optional but encouraged to maintain the quality of your garment. Just make sure your garments never see a dryer! All guayaberas are dry clean only.
Do you pay your artisans fairly?
Absolutely! We are members of the Fair Trade Federation and pride ourselves in fair pay for all of our artisans. With every purchase, you are helping countless families and artisans in Mexico earn a living wage and have a higher quality of life.
